AANHPI 50
The AANHPI 50 recognizes 50 outstanding AANHPI professionals and leaders whose achievements, leadership, and contributions are making a meaningful impact across industries and communities. Honorees represent a range of professional fields and career paths and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, leadership, service, and the advancement of others.
Criteria: Nominees should demonstrate significant professional achievement; leadership within their organization, industry, or community; measurable or meaningful impact; a record of professional excellence and integrity; and contributions that support the advancement, visibility, or development of AANHPI professionals or communities.
Trailblazer Award
The Trailblazer Award recognizes individuals who have broken barriers, created new opportunities, or achieved notable milestones while helping expand AANHPI representation and visibility within their profession or industry. Honorees demonstrate the courage, innovation, and leadership necessary to create pathways that can benefit future generations of professionals.
Criteria: Nominees should demonstrate a record of breaking professional or institutional barriers; significant career or industry accomplishments; leadership in creating new opportunities or pathways; contributions to greater AANHPI representation or visibility; and an impact that extends beyond their individual professional success.
Community Impact Award
The Community Impact Award celebrates individuals whose leadership, advocacy, service, or professional work has contributed meaningfully to the well-being, advancement, and empowerment of AANHPI communities. This recognition highlights individuals who translate
their expertise and commitment into initiatives that create tangible and lasting community impact.
Criteria: Nominees should demonstrate meaningful service or advocacy benefiting AANHPI communities; leadership of or significant involvement in community-focused programs or initiatives; evidence of positive community impact; sustained commitment to service; and an ability to build partnerships, resources, or opportunities that strengthen the communities they serve.
Leadership Excellence Award
The Leadership Excellence Award recognizes accomplished professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and a sustained commitment to creating stronger organizations, teams, and communities. Honorees exemplify thoughtful leadership while using their positions and expertise to develop others and create opportunities for continued advancement.
Criteria: Nominees should demonstrate a sustained record of professional leadership; significant organizational, industry, or community accomplishments; excellence in leading people, programs, or initiatives; commitment to mentorship and the development of others; and a professional reputation characterized by integrity, collaboration, and positive impact.
Nominations may be submitted by colleagues, employers, professional organizations, community leaders, or others familiar with the nominee’s accomplishments. Candidates are evaluated based on demonstrated achievement, leadership, impact, and alignment with the criteria for the applicable recognition.
Selections are based on the substance and impact of a nominee’s contributions rather than job title alone. Nomination materials should include specific examples and accomplishments that demonstrate why the individual should be considered for recognition.
